Welcome to Marigold’s Adventure, powered by Busseys and local businesses. This is your chance to explore Norfolk, support Break and win fantastic ‘Treasures’ (Prizes) at the end of the summer.

What is Marigold’s Adventure?

A summer-long journey of discovery running alongside GoGoSafari, from June 23rd to August 30th, 2025.
Culminates in Break’s exciting auction event in October.
Features the Marigold’s Treasure Trove Draw: a collection of amazing ‘Treasures’ (experiences, vouchers, products) donated by local businesses, each valued between £25-£800.

Marigold’s Adventure: Treasure Trove Draw Terms & Conditions – UK Market

Promoter & Eligibility

The promoter is Bussey & Sabberton Bros Ltd. (“Busseys”)
Bussey is sponsoring Marigold’s Adventure to raise funds for Break, the charity behind GoGoSafari. (Registered Charity no. 286650 (“Break”).
Entry is open to UK residents only. Employees of Busseys, Break, their immediate families, (including live-in partners) and anyone professionally connected to the promotion are not eligible.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must submit a valid, current email address via the official Marigold’s Adventure platform www.marigoldbusseys.com
Only one email entry per person is permitted for the initial entry. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may result in disqualification
Additional entries (“Tickets”) can be earned by visiting Treasure Trove Sites and sharing a photo of yourself at the site on social media, subject to the following conditions:

Only posts made on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok, using the required hashtags (#Marigold4Break, the Busseys tag, and #[LocationName]), are valid for extra tickets.
Posts on other platforms, including LinkedIn, are not eligible for entry.
To ensure your posts are detected by our chatbot automation, your social media profile must be set to public. This allows us to view and validate your shared content as part of your Marigold’s Adventure participation

All entries must be received before the closing date of 23:59 BST, 30 August 2025
TikTok (ByteDance Ltd) and/or Meta (Meta Platforms Inc) are no way linked or associated with the prize draws.

Social Media Entry Validation

To validate a social media post for an extra ticket, participants must respond to an automated direct message or comment from Busseys with the email address they registered on the Marigold’s Adventure site.
The email provided must match a registered entry in the prize draw database. Only after this verification will the extra ticket be allocated.
If the participant is not registered, they will be prompted to register their email to qualify for the additional ticket.

Prize Draw Process

The Treasure Trove Draw will take place during the first week of September 2025, at a time determined by Busseys.
Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible tickets using a random generator.
Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry. If the email is invalid or unreachable, the entry will be void and a new winner will be drawn.
A current, valid email address is mandatory for entry and for the notification of winners.

Prizes

Prizes (“Treasures”) are donated by local businesses and may include experiences, vouchers, or products valued between £25 and £800.
Each prize is subject to the individual terms and conditions of the prize provider, which may include, but are not limited to, minimum age, health, or other eligibility requirements. These will be issued to the winner at the time of prize allocation.
If a winner is drawn for a prize and does not meet the provider’s requirements, or does not wish to accept the prize, they must notify Busseys within 24 hours of notification. The prize will then be returned to the collective pot and re-drawn. No alternative prize or cash substitute will be offered.
Prizes are non-transferable (unless agreed with Busseys and Prize Winner) and no substitutes or cash alternatives will be provided.
Busseys and/or any Prize Partner reserve the right to withdraw or substitute any prize at any time prior to allocation, without liability.

Promotion & Publicity

By entering, participants agree that Busseys may use their name, photos, and general location for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, press releases, and event publicity, without additional compensation.
Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion.

Data Protection & Communications

By submitting an email to enter, participants consent to Busseys using their contact details to administer the prize draw and to send information about offers, products, or services related to Busseys.
To be eligible for the Marigold’s Adventure – Treasure Trove Draw, participants must remain subscribed to marketing communications from Busseys until 30 September 2025. Participants may unsubscribe at any time after this date, once all promotion and prize fulfilment is complete. Unsubscribing before 30 September 2025 will result in participants’ entry being withdrawn from the prize draw as ongoing communications are required for prize fulfilment until the campaign concludes.
Personal data will be securely stored and used solely for campaign administration, prize fulfilment, and marketing communications from Busseys. All data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary for campaign administration, legal compliance, or, if the participant has opted in for marketing communications from Break (see next point).
Marigold’s Adventure is raising funds for Break, the charity behind GoGoSafari. If participants have opted in to receive Break marketing via Busseys’ emails, they agree to Break processing their personal data to send them marketing communications about the charity. Participants can unsubscribe at any time. For full details see Break’s Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Busseys accept no responsibility for lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected entries or communications.
Busseys reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time if circumstances outside its control make this unavoidable, or if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the draw.
Busseys shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant as a result of accepting or using any prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.

General

The decision of Busseys regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.
No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
